General Laborer – Jacksonville, FL

Shift: Rotating 6:45 to 7

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for learning the processes of manufacturing and the different machines used in the process.

 

The Opportunity:

Safely and effectively the unwind and rewind end of the press.To effectively assist the first assistantAssist in meeting or exceeding the goals in Safety, Quality, Cost, Production, Environmental and HousekeepingFrequently inspect each printing deck, ensuring that the unit is working properly. If there are any changes, inform the lead operator or senior assistant.Ability to effectively assist mounters with prep of sleeves and cylinders.

 

 

What you need to succeed:

High School Diploma or equivalentPrevious manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMaintain housekeeping excellence - maintain a clean and organized workspaceMust be able to lift, push, walk, stand, and bend throughout a shift
