This position supports commercial construction projects by
assisting skilled trades, maintaining jobsite organization, and contributing to
a safe and efficient work environment. It’s well suited for individuals who
enjoy hands‑on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that builds
meaningful structures for local communities.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily construction activities including site cleanup, material handling, and basic carpentry supportLoad, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and building materialsOperate basic hand and power tools safelySupport concrete, steel, and carpentry crews as directedFollow all safety procedures and participate in jobsite safety meetingsWork collaboratively with team members and supervisorsPerform additional duties as needed to support project progressQualifications
Previous construction or general labor experience preferred but not requiredStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditionsReliable transportation to job sitesCommitment to safety and teamworkPositive attitude and readiness to contribute to a productive jobsiteJob requires steel toed bootsWhat’s Offered

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
