Engage in new construction, renovations, and remodels of residential and commercial properties.

ResponsibilitiesEngage in residential and commercial new construction, renovations, and remodels.Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.Use and maintain various tools and equipment as needed.Keep work areas clean and organized.Perform exterior and interior general framing, including wood framing.Complete interior trim installs, cabinets, and countertops.Build decks, install flooring, and perform interior/exterior door installations.Install windows, siding, and roofing.Competently perform tape measuring layouts.Understand and calculate wall form fractions.Essential SkillsProficient in construction and carpentry.Experience in framing and finish carpentry.Knowledgeable in drywall and rough carpentry.Ability to perform trim carpentry, and install windows, doors, siding, and roofing.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with framing carpentry.Competence in trim carpentry.Skills in installing windows and doors.Experience with siding and roofing.Work Environment

Work in smaller crews consisting of 8 internal field employees on new construction and renovation/remodel projects.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $79040.00/yr.
