**Job Title: General Laborer**
**About the Role**
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Laborer to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping daily warehouse operations running smoothly by supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and general material handling tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Load, unload, and move products manually or using pallet jacks, carts, or basic equipment
+ Sort, stack, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
+ Assist with receiving shipments, including counting, labeling, and staging inventory
+ Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
+ Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
+ Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and restocking shelves
+ Break down boxes, dispose of packaging, and manage warehouse waste
+ Assist forklift operators and warehouse staff with general tasks
+ Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations
**Qualifications**
+ Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
+ Ability to lift 20lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
+ Reliable attendance and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Madison, WI.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
