As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the production process, supporting various operational tasks that contribute to the company's success. Job Title: General Laborer

Location: Carney, MI

Pay Rate: $17.00 per Hour

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What's the Job?

Assist in sorting, stacking, and moving lumber and other materials within the mill Operate basic sawmill machinery and tools under supervision Monitor and inspect lumber for quality and consistency Remove scrap wood and debris to maintain a clean and safe work environment Support machine operators and other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations

What's Needed?

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks Comfortable working in outdoor or warehouse environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols Reliable transportation to and from work Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial setting
