**Job Title: Entry-Level General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable entry-level General Laborer to join our team in preparing steel forms for concrete projects worldwide. This role involves cleaning, assembling, and disassembling steel forms, as well as operating material handling equipment. **Responsibilities** + Clean and prepare steel forms for painting and repair. + Assemble and disassemble steel forms and replace components as necessary. + Move and stack parts efficiently and safely. + Operate material handling equipment to facilitate workflow. + Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts accurately. + Ensure adherence to all operational procedures to maintain safety and efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + General tool knowledge. + Strong work ethic and reliability. + Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks. + Punctuality and dependability. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience in construction or general manufacturing is a plus. + Experience in production or concrete work is advantageous. + Ability to work in various weather conditions. + Capability to work with minimal supervision. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where your contributions are valued, and enjoy a balanced work schedule with opportunities for growth in a supportive environment. **Work Environment** This position operates in a warehouse environment on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Marlboro, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
