**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a versatile and diligent General Laborer to assist in the remodeling of trailers used on construction sites, schools, and disaster relief efforts. This role requires flexibility in job functions and the willingness to get hands-on and, at times, dirty. Your tasks will include cleaning and maintaining trailers, replacing various components, and performing general facility upkeep. **Responsibilities** + Clean trailers upon their return from sites. + Replace windows, AC units, sheet metal, tiles, wood panels, lights, door knobs, and doors. + Perform plumbing tasks for sinks and toilets. + Paint interiors and exteriors, including wood panels, bumpers, hitches, and wheels. + Undertake facility maintenance, including cleaning grounds, the shop, and office spaces. + Repair trim, wood, and touch up paint on trailers. + Set up trailers with furniture based on customer preferences, assembling desks, chairs, and installing TVs and coffee stations. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with carpentry tools and ability to read a tape measure. + Experience in framing, door hanging, basic plumbing, and flooring installation. + Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2-3 years of experience in construction or outside manual labor is a plus. + Experience in remodeling, carpentry, or related fields is preferred. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Good soft skills and adaptability to varying daily tasks. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive pay and benefits while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The main office trailer is equipped with heating and AC, providing comfort during breaks.
