**Job Title:** General Laborer **Pay:** $22 an hour **Shifts Available:** + **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM + **Schedule:** Monday through Friday **Overview** We are looking for a motivated **General Laborer** to join our team. In this role, you’ll directly contribute to workplace safety by installing metal fencing on robotics floors. This is a hands-on position that requires comfort with basic tools, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. High-performing team members may also be offered **travel opportunities** to support projects at other locations. **Responsibilities** + Install metal fences and gating systems on robotics floors to enhance safety. + Operate hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, hammers, torque wrenches) to assemble metal frames. + Drill into concrete and complete tasks requiring mechanical skill. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies. + Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment up to 50 lbs repeatedly. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Ability to read and measure accurately with a tape measure. + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. + Capability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. **Additional Qualifications** + Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. + Strong teamwork and communication skills. + Physically able to perform repetitive tasks in a dynamic environment. **Why Join Us?** + Work in a cutting-edge, climate-controlled facility. + Opportunity for long-term employment with **potential travel assignments based on performance** . + Be part of a team that values safety, quality, and growth. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Mt.
