**General Laborer** **Pay: $23/Hour** **Location: Auburn, WA** **Shift: 7AM-3:30PM** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in the finishing and detailing of fabricated precast concrete products. This position offers the opportunity to work with one of the largest infrastructure companies in the US, where your efforts will significantly contribute to building strong infrastructures. **Responsibilities** + Strip and clean concrete forms and products. + Prepare steel molds for filling with concrete. + Perform basic carpentry skills. + Maintain the facility and perform housekeeping duties. + Handle additional responsibilities as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry, specifically precast manufacturing. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. + At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing or construction. + Basic math and measurement skills. + Ability to read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members. + Capability to lift up to 40 lbs periodically. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Go-getter mentality with good attendance and drive. + ACI certification preferred. + Experience in construction and manufacturing preferred. + Prior precast concrete experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Working with us means being part of a company that values safety, integrity, and enduring relationships. The shift is from 7 am to 3:30 pm, which allows for a balanced workday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
