**Job Title: General Laborer** **Location: Oak Creek, WI** **Start Date - 1/5/2026** Pay Rate: $23/hr Shift:1st- 7:30AM- 5:30pm or 5pm- 3am Contract: 2-3 Week Project **Job Description** As a General Laborer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient workspace by handling materials, removing tape from floors, cleaning, moving, and staging inventory. You will also be tasked with installing metal fences on robotics floors to enhance safety procedures. **Responsibilities** + Remove tape from floors and clean designated areas. + Move and stage inventory efficiently. + Install metal fences on robotics floors to improve safety. + Operate hand and power tools such as drills, impact drivers, screwdrivers, rulers, hammers, and torque wrenches. + Perform heavy lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively. + Work in a loud and fast-paced environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Mechanical inclination and skilled use of tools. + Punctuality and reliability. + Safety consciousness and teamwork skills. + Physical capability to perform repetitive work including lifting, pulling, and pushing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in installation, construction, carpentry, or industrial repair. + Mechanical assembly and general labor skills. + Ability to work with schematics for assembling tasks. + Experience in quality assurance and inventory management. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a dynamic and engaging Amazon-like environment with the potential to join a travel team for long-term work opportunities. **Work Environment** The work environment is climate-controlled and warehouse-based. It can be loud and chaotic at times. Shifts are available for 1st (7:30am-5:00pm) and 2nd (5:00pm-3:30am) with work expected Monday through Friday, and some potential for additional hours. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Oak Creek, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
