We are seeking an experienced General Laborer for ongoing construction work in the Pacific Palisades area. This role is hands-on and requires prior experience with foundation-related tasks, demolition, and site prep. Ideal candidates are reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working in an active construction environment. Responsibilities: + Assist with foundation work and site preparation + Perform dig-out work for plumbing and underground utilities + Remove and reset pavers as needed + Conduct demolition work, including concrete and structural removal + Remove and re-post fence lines, ensuring proper alignment and stability + Maintain a clean and safe job site + Follow all safety protocols and supervisor instructions Requirements + Prior experience in general labor / construction, specifically foundation and demo work + Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor for extended periods + Experience with hand tools and basic power tools + Dependable transportation to job site in Pacific Palisades + Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a crew Preferred (Not Required): + Experience working around plumbing trenches + Familiarity with concrete, rebar, or grading work + OSHA 10 certification Benefits Compensation & Benefits: + $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
