Job Description

We are currently hiring a General Laborer to join our team

at a recycling facility in Auburn, Maine. This role involves operating

equipment such as forklifts and skid-steers, handling metal materials, and

supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will be reliable,

safety-conscious, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

·      Operate forklifts and skid-steers safely and efficiently

·      Load and unload metal materials

·      Read and follow work plans and verbal instructions

·      Provide basic customer service when needed

·      Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

·      Previous experience in general labor preferred

·      Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round

·      Willingness to train on equipment

·      Strong work ethic and positive attitude

·      Ability to work 1st shift

Work Environment

You’ll be part of a small, supportive team working in an

outdoor yard. Safety gear is required, including hard hats, steel-toed boots,

gloves, hearing protection, and vision protection.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
