Job Description

The General Laborer will be responsible for landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks including:

Pulling and spraying weeds to maintain landscaping aestheticsPlanting trees, shrubs, and flowers with attention to proper care and placementCollecting trash and debris to ensure a clean and safe environment

Responsibilities

Maintain landscaped areas through weed control and plantingEnsure proper placement and care of trees, shrubs, and flowersKeep grounds clean by removing trash and debrisWork safely and efficiently in all weather conditions

Essential Skills

Minimum of 2 years' experience in landscaping, horticulture, golf course maintenance, or related fieldAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbsCapable of standing and walking for extended periodsAble to work in adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, snow, and iceStrong attention to detail and self-motivation

Additional Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of ageValid South Carolina Driver’s License required Knowledge of plant identification and maintenance needsBasic understanding of common landscaping practices

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
