Construction General Laborer/ Erector Helper

Location - Clackamas, OR
Assist field crews with site cleanup, material staging, and work area preparation. Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision for installation tasks. Maintain a clean, hazard-free job site to support team safety. Work alongside journeyman carpenters and ironworkers to learn trade skills, and help with setup, teardown, rigging, and alignment of steel components.
Responsibilities:
Support field crews with essential tasks including site cleanup, material staging, and preparation of work areas.Safely operate hand and power tools under supervision for site preparation and installation tasks.Maintain a clean and hazard-free job site to ensure safety for all team members.Work closely with journeyman carpenters and ironworkers to learn trade skills and construction techniques.Participate in the setup and teardown of steel components and assist with rigging and alignment as needed.Qualifications:
Willingness to work outdoors in a physically demanding environmentStrong work ethic and eagerness to learn from experienced tradespeopleAbility to follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environmentNo prior experience required—training will be providedAble to use basic hand and power tools while on the jobsiteEnvironment/ Shift:
Working outside and in the elements. Can't be afraid of heights as they will go up and down stairs and sometimes use a elevator shaft to get to the 3rd or 4th stories. Shift: 7am-3:30pm Mon-Fri (Must be open to working OT throughout the week.Employee Value Proposition:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
