Join our team as a Mold Operator where you will be responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment. Your tasks will include cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, moving boxes, and maintaining accurate counts. The machine will dictate the pace of production, and you will rotate between machines throughout your shift.
ResponsibilitiesOperate plastic injection molding machines and related equipment.Perform tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, and inspecting products.Ensure accurate box-making and moving of boxes.Maintain accurate product counts.Monitor production pace as controlled by the machine.Rotate between machines and perform duties sitting or standing for 12-hour shifts.
Essential SkillsAbility to perform quality checks and production control.Experience in general labor, hand tool usage, and manufacturing industry.Competency in assembly, machine operation, and inventory control.Basic computer skills and data entry.Ability to sit or stand for 12 hours.High school diploma or GED.Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
Additional Skills & QualificationsPreferably 1 year of manufacturing or production experience.Closed-toed shoes are required.

Work Environment
You will work in a non-climate controlled environment where we manufacture air freshening products, including urinal cakes. We have a total of 20 openings across five shifts, each consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Shift times include Mon-Wed 6:00am-6:00pm, Sun-Tues 6:00pm-6:00am, Thurs-Sat 6:00am-6:00pm & 6:00am-noon, and Wed-Fri 6:00pm-6:00am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.40/hr.
