General Laborer
Job Title: General LaborerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented General Laborer for a full-time hourly position. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production processes.

ResponsibilitiesCount and stack finished products.Read factory orders and accurately interpret gauges and other test equipment.Utilize basic shop math for inspections.Complete quality and administrative documents accurately and follow directions.Perform clean-up functions, including blowing down machines, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping the machine area, and shredding scrap.
Essential SkillsExperience in general labor, production, packing, cleaning, and machine operating.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Proficiency in reading factory orders and using a measuring tape.
Additional Skills & Qualifications1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

Work in a clean environment with newer equipment and a strong company culture. This role is based in Minneapolis, MN, on the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.61 - $21.61/hr.
