Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in a dynamic and growing company within the metal fabrication industry. This role involves operating various machinery and assembling components, including robotic welders, tube laser machines, CNC router machines, etc.
This is a great opportunity to be cross trained on multiple varieties of machinery!
Responsibilities
Operate laser and machine tools effectively and safely.Assemble components following blueprints and technical drawings.Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks.Ensure quality control by checking measurements with calipers and mics.Collaborate with team members to optimize production flow.Essential Skills
Experience in general production or manufacturing - machine operation experience preferredProficiency in laser and machine operation.Ability to interpret and work from blueprints.Familiarity with sheet metal processes.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work within a metal fabrication manufacturing company with a fairly clean environment that is not climate controlled. Choose from three shift options: 1st shift from 6:50am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 2:50pm to 11pm, or 3rd shift from 10:50pm to 7am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plain City, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
