**Job Title: General Laborer** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team in Conway. In this role, you will assist with packing and shipping orders, as well as cross-train in the use of production equipment. While no specific experience is required, candidates with mechanical aptitude are highly desired. Responsibilities + Assist with packing orders efficiently and accurately. + Participate in the shipping process of orders. + Cross-train and operate production equipment as needed. + Follow instructions accurately and maintain a strong work ethic. Essential Skills + Strong mechanical ability. + Experience in packing parts. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to work well in a team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Complete training on battery-operated pallet jack. + Strong integrity, initiative, and a 'can-do' attitude. + Cross-functional interpersonal skills.
