**Job Title: Terminal Operator/ General Laborer $21/hr (Weekly Pay)** Job Description Join our team as a Terminal Operator where you will perform a variety of essential tasks to ensure smooth operations. This role involves handling silica materials and managing packaging processes in a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities + Attach large bags to a chute to collect silica material, operating levers to control volume according to orders, and monitoring weight scales. + Lift 50-pound bags from a waist-high table and stack them on pallets, with bags produced every 30 seconds. + Seal and scan labels onto filled bags of material. + Operate a forklift after completing a one-month training period. + Drive trucks within the facility, not on roads, after completing a training period beyond the first month. + Maintain cleanliness of workstations through general cleanup tasks. Essential Skills + Experience in general labor, packaging, and using hand tools. + Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds. + Capability to obtain a proper respirator fit. + Experience working in both hot and cold environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with forklift operation and loading/unloading processes. + Background in construction or oil and gas industries is beneficial. Why Work Here?
