**Job Title: General Laborer** Job Description Join our team as an Order Picker/Forklift Operator within a dynamic warehouse setting. You will work with beams and rebars, some of which are up to 40 feet long, using a forklift to move these products efficiently. Responsibilities + Operate forklifts to move beams and rebars. + Pick and organize orders accurately. + Load and unload products as needed. + Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times. + Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Essential Skills + Experience operating an Order Picker or Reach Truck. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Previous warehouse experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with crane operation is advantageous. + Familiarity with construction materials handling. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role is primarily based inside the warehouse, with about 85% of work conducted indoors. However, you will spend around 15% of your time outside, handling larger beams. The position offers two shifts: 1st Shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM and 2nd Shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westport, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
