**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will play a crucial role in building egress windows and repairing home foundations affected by earth shifts. You will also be involved in demolishing existing structures and will receive training on the installation of enclosures and drain pipes. **Responsibilities** + Build egress windows and repair home foundations. + Perform demolition of existing buildings. + Install enclosures and drain pipes after receiving training. **Essential Skills** + Experience in foundation construction and egress windows. + Familiarity with construction work, particularly in concrete and carpentry. + Valid Driver's License. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in construction, lawn care, landscaping, or concrete work is preferred but not required. + Experience with skid steers and framing is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy job security with year-round employment, even during the winter months. Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, typically starting between 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and ending around 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Extended hours may be required during the summer peak season. Although hours might be part-time in winter, you will remain on the payroll year-round. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
