Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description

Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will be part of a dynamic and expanding operation focused on manufacturing windows for Ford Metro and soon to include doors. This position offers the opportunity to work in various roles including assembly, shear operator, brake press operator, material handling, and CNC Machinist, primarily dealing with aluminum materials. In addition, you will occasionally assist with deliveries.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble windows and doors in an enclosed shed environment.Operate shear and brake press machines.Handle materials efficiently and safely.Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks.Assist with deliveries as an assistant driver when needed.Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand and power tools.Ability to read a tape measure accurately.Experience in general labor and production environments.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in window manufacturing is advantageous.Experience in machine operation, including shear and brake press machines.Any glazing experience is beneficial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in an enclosed shed equipped with heaters, alongside a small team of 10-12 members. The schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with optional overtime on Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
