**Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description** Join our team in a dynamic production environment where you will contribute to the production of food products. You will work both indoors and outdoors, performing tasks such as cleaning product bins, power washing, painting equipment, and general labor duties. You will also be involved in repalletizing products, sorting finished boxes, and managing inventory in a refrigerated area. **Responsibilities** + Clean and maintain equipment, including product bins. + Perform power washing and painting of equipment. + Manage trash disposal and general labor duties. + Repaletize products and sort finished boxes. + Conduct inventory management tasks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in warehouse and production environments. + Familiarity with general labor tasks and production lines. + Ability to operate a pallet jack. + Capability to lift up to 40 pounds. + Ability to stand for shifts ranging from 10 to 12 hours. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work collaboratively on a production line. + Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and environments as needed. **Why Work Here?** We offer the opportunity to be trained on different lines and machinery, with the potential for direct hire. The work requires standing for long hours, and adherence to safety protocols including wearing gloves, beard nets, hair nets, ear plugs, and safety glasses, all of which are provided. You must supply your own steel-toed boots. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, Maryland. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
