Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the wet-cast/dry cast or Pipepad department. This role involves various tasks related to the preparation and finishing of concrete products.

ResponsibilitiesSet up forms for pre-pour inspections.Remove excess concrete from forms.Open and close concrete forms.Clip and clean spaces, remove excess duct tape.Pour concrete into forms.Grind excess concrete off finished pipes.Perform detailing and patch work.Essential SkillsExperience in production, construction, or general labor.Ability to perform standing and heavy lifting tasks.Strong motivation and work ethic.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in construction labor or field work is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This position is based in an indoor, industrial production facility which can be dirty and dusty. The workspace is open and exposed to weather elements but remains an enclosed space. Work hours are from 5 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 1.45 overtime pay multiplier. Employees are part of Labor Union Local 73.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stockton, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.00/hr.
