Pay: $17/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm
Join a large manufacturer specializing in custom cabinets! You will start in the trim department and have the opportunity to progress through various departments as you gain experience. This role involves working in multiple departments throughout the day, ensuring a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities:
Follow job instructions meticulously and maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment in accordance with prescribed safety regulations.Perform edge sanding using an orbital sander on doors and headers.Inspect loose components and repair as needed during mid-inspect duties.Catch panels from the panel sander.Hang components onto a paint line.Install hinges onto doors.Measure components, match order forms with products, and install shelves, roll tray tracks, and inner components during trim operations.Screw in roll tray tracks, hang doors, and install drawers as a door hanger.Package finished cabinets into cardboard boxes.Quickly remove stain from the front and back of each component, ensuring to go with the grain of the wood as the first wiper.Remove excess glaze from the face of each component, allowing glaze to remain in natural areas of the doors.Skills:
Experience in production, general labor, construction, and cabinetry.Proficiency with hand tools, tape measures, and power tools.Manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Why Work Here?
