**Job Title: 2 Week General Laborer** **Job Description** As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing safety by moving materials and installing metal frames. This involves mechanically installing metal frames and fencing using both hand and power tools. The role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment while adhering to company policies and procedures. **Responsibilities** + Move materials and assist in installing metal frames for safety improvements. + Mechanically install metal frames and fencing using hand and power tools. + Perform heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, repetitively. + Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. + Build and assemble metal frames and gating on the robotics floor. + Use basic tools such as hammers, drills, and pallet jacks effectively. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor with hand and power tools. + Mechanically inclined with construction or carpentry background. + Punctual, reliable, safety-conscious team player. + Physical capability for repetitive tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing. + Proficiency in using basic tools like hammers, drills, and pallet jacks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience working with various hand and power tools. + Capability to stand or walk for extended periods. + Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 50 lbs. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a unique opportunity to work in an Amazon environment, featuring simple tasks and the potential to join the travel team.
