Job Description
Join our team in an industrial milling environment where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our facility. You will be responsible for cleaning the industrial facility, scooping, shoveling, and sweeping flour from around machines as they run. Your duties will also include disassembling machines using hand tools, power tools, and wrenches, ensuring the machinery remains clean and operational. This position requires physical activity, including bending, lifting, twisting, and walking up and down stairs multiple times throughout the day.
ResponsibilitiesClean the industrial facility by scooping, shoveling, and sweeping flour from around machines.Disassemble machines using hand tools, power tools, and wrenches for thorough cleaning.Perform physical activities such as bending, lifting, twisting, and walking up and down stairs.Ensure the machinery remains clean and operational.Essential SkillsAt least 1 year of experience in a non-climate controlled general labor position.1+ year of experience with hand tools or power tools.1+ year of experience working 50+ hours per week.Ability to walk up and down stairs for 8+ hours per day.Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in farm, construction, mechanic, food, mechanical, industrial, production, farming, equipment maintenance.Work Environment
Work in an industrial environment that spans an 8-story building, where conditions are very hot, ranging from 80 to 100 degrees year-round, and very loud due to running machines. The environment is extremely dusty, so individuals with allergies may not be suited for this position. You will work on grated floors, potentially outdoors at heights of 60 feet in the air, and in confined spaces throughout the plant. The dress code includes jeans, safety toe boots, and weather-appropriate shirts and jackets as needed. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a half-hour unpaid lunch, working within a team of 3-4 alongside a total of 55 individuals in the plant.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
