Seeking General Laborers!

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $26/hour

Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Mon-Sat

(10-hour days with paid lunch)

We are seeking motivated and reliable General Laborers to join our team for a major racking system overhaul at our facility in Aurora. This project involves the decommissioning of an existing racking system and the installation of a new one. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and the ability to work at significant heights.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely decommission old racking systems using hand tools and wrenches.Unload and stage new materials and equipment.Drill into concrete to anchor new racking systems.Perform work at heights of up to 4–5 stories.Follow all safety protocols and site procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in construction, mechanical assembly, or a related field.Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with hand/power tools.Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs repeatedly.Comfortable working at elevated heights.Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
