**Job Title: Skilled Laborer** **Job Description** Join our expanding team at our new plant in Florence, TX, as a Skilled Laborer. You will be involved in all aspects of concrete production, utilizing hand and power tools to assemble structures, load and unload materials, and assist in setting up equipment around the plant. **Responsibilities** + Operate hand and power tools to assemble structures. + Load and unload materials. + Assist in setting up equipment around the plant. + Perform tasks involved in concrete production. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand and power tools. + Proficiency in using measuring tools. + General production and construction skills. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous construction or heavy industrial manufacturing experience preferred. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a path for growth within an international company known for its great benefits. The workweek starts with Monday to Friday shifts, soon extending to Monday through Saturday, with shifts beginning at 7:00 am for 10-12 hours. Enjoy 30 minutes for lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Steel-toed shoes and met guards are required, while all other PPE will be provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Florence, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
