Job Description
This position is primarily focused on operating industrial sewing machines to produce filters used for industrial paint booths. The role involves ensuring the products meet quality requirements while maintaining efficient production processes.
ResponsibilitiesRemove cut patterns from the cart and stack them on the sewing table.Place the product on the conveyor for additional assembly, if required.Keep accurate records of quantities and time.Maintain equipment in good condition.Ensure the quality of the product.Essential SkillsExperience in general labor and machine operation.Ability to work in various departments.Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.Experience with industrial environments.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustrial experience is required.Ability to work with hands extensively.Skills in standing, sitting, pushing, and pulling items.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in the manufacturing plant, focusing on making filters for industrial paint booths. The facility includes various departments providing a dynamic and engaging work experience. The shift is Monday - Thursday, 5:00am/5:30am to 4:00pm, with optional OT on Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ottawa, Kansas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
