Job Description

Join our team as a General Laborer, where you will be an essential part of our manufacturing process. Starting on the first day with orientation, you will work closely with full-time employees to understand machine operations, part pulling, visual inspections, and quality checks. Your role will involve ensuring the highest standards of product quality by visually inspecting parts and packaging them for quality assurance.

ResponsibilitiesParticipate in orientation and training sessions to understand machine operations and part pulling.Conduct visual inspections to identify defects in manufactured parts.Package inspected parts for quality assurance.Work in assigned manufacturing areas, such as Plastic Injection Molding or assembly cells.Maintain consistent attendance and a positive attitude.Essential SkillsExperience in a manufacturing environment.Ability to conduct visual inspections and quality checks.Proficiency in pulling parts and general production tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in machine operating.Familiarity with assembly and packaging processes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility, known for its clean and organized space. As a Tier 2 Automotive supplier, we employ high-precision stamping and complex molding and assembly processes. The facility boasts bright lighting and a commitment to excellence, providing a comfortable and motivating work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
