**Job Title: General Laborer ($15-$18/hr.)** **Must be open to all shifts** *Opportunity for overtime* **Responsibilities** + Perform general labor tasks in the production of counterweights and steel products. + Unload products from machines and prepare them for shipment. + Assist with material handling as required. + Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and general labor. + Ability to operate cranes and forklifts. + Experience with blast line operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to work at least 5 hours of overtime per week. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the shift. + Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required. **Work Environment** Shift times are 7AM - 3:30PM, 3PM - 11PM, and 10:30PM-7AM. The work environment is a heavy steel manufacturing setting in Youngstown, characterized by a mix of new and old equipment. It can be dirty and not well lit, with a workforce of over 50 full-time workers and approximately 120 people in production, both full-time and temporary. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
