Construction Laborer and Operator Technician

Job Description
We are seeking several laborers and operator technicians to join our team on multiple jobsites in the Charlotte area. Our team specializes in asphalt, grading,
concrete, and site utilities. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the construction industry and enjoy working around earth-moving equipment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to grow and learn to operate heavy equipment after proving their skills in a labor role for six months.
Responsibilities
Measure and lay grade stakes for operators to cut and fill.Assist on road and curb crew with tasks such as basic shovel work.Perform various tasks on the construction site as needed.Demonstrate a desire to work in the construction industry and around heavy equipment.Essential Skills
Minimum of 1 year of construction or landscaping experience.Familiarity with heavy equipment operation.Experience in tasks such as digging, grading, and erosion control.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work in open-aired construction environments.Comfortable working in both hot and cold conditions.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role involves working in an open-aired construction environment, exposed to various weather conditions. The job sites can range from wide open areas to
road crews working where buildings have gone vertical. All work areas are safety conscious, and roads will not be open to the public during construction.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $42000.00/yr.
