The position requires open availability for shift changes, primarily working day shifts but with the potential to cover alternative shifts with a two-day notice. Shift times are from 6:45 am to 3:00 pm, with the possibility of being moved to a different shift as part of the training process. Responsibilities + Perform general labor tasks in a pre-printing facility. + Mix and pour inks as required. + Execute assigned Passover duties. + Load and operate printing machines efficiently. + Conduct quality checks of prints and ink colors. + Maintain general shop cleanliness and organization. + Lift up to 50 lbs when necessary. + Demonstrate high attention to detail in all tasks. Essential Skills + Experience in production, general labor, or machine operation. + Ability to operate production equipment and machinery. + Skills in mixing, loading, and unloading. + Competence in quality inspection and data entry. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in production, warehousing, general labor, or auto mechanics. + Proficiency in reading and writing in English. + Basic computer skills for data entry. + Good attendance record during the 90-day period. Work Environment The work environment is very clean and organized, featuring large printing presses that are 30-40 feet tall. The role may require working from heights, so candidates should not be afraid of heights. The facility can be very warm in the summer months and candidates should be comfortable with getting dirty, such as from ink spills. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.34 - $22.34/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
