Overview

The General Labor position is responsible for daily housekeeping and cleaning duties within our manufacturing building. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment by supporting line operators and ensuring all production areas remain clean and free of debris.  Monday – Saturday 6:00 am – 6:30 pm.
 Key Responsibilities:Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including sweeping, trash removal, and general cleaning of production areas.Keep workstations, walkways, and common areas neat, organized, and free of obstructions.Support line operators by maintaining cleanliness around equipment, material staging areas, and production lines.Assist with basic organization tasks, such as sorting materials and maintaining supply areas.Follow all company safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards or concerns immediately.Complete any additional general labor or cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors.

Skills and Experience Qualifications:Previous general labor or industrial cleaning experience preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dusty environment.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, and lifting to 50 lbs.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe workspace.Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team.Bilingual is preferred but not required.
