In this hands-on position, you’ll operate specialized equipment, perform essential cleaning and maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot mechanical issues. You’ll also ensure packaging standards are consistently met while maintaining proper documentation. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive team and develop new skills in a fast-paced production environment.Responsibilities:Operate and monitor high-speed liquid packaging machines to ensure consistent, high-quality outputPerform equipment setup, changeovers, and thorough sanitation to maintain product safety and cleanlinessTroubleshoot and adjust machinery to resolve performance issues and minimize downtimeMaintain accurate production records, including batch documentation and quality checksCollaborate with maintenance and quality teams to escalate and resolve equipment or product concernsQualifications and Requirements:Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or machine operation preferredFamiliarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs, and quality/safety regulationsStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve equipment issuesExcellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environmentBenefits and Perks:$15.00 per hour with potential for permanent placementComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid holidays and access to additional PTO after hireOngoing training and opportunities for skill development and advancementYour New Organization:
