**Job Title: Warehouse Worker** **Location:** Houston, TX (ZIP Code 77073) **Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Job Brief:** We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced **Warehouse Worker** to join our team and contribute to the efficient operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for storing materials, picking and packing orders, and scanning shipments. Your goal will be to help increase overall efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** + Use RF scanners or other tools to support picking, receiving, and storing functions. + Inspect and verify the contents of orders prepared by order pickers. + Ensure outgoing shipments are complete and accurate by comparing quantity, quality, labeling, and address to the customer's order. + Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to load and unload freight. + Check inbound and outbound shipments for damage and accuracy. + Perform tasks such as labeling, sorting, and repacking as needed. + Accurately carry out inventory procedures with integrity. + Provide general business support tasks as assigned. + Ensure correct piece counts, high product quality, and accurate shipping documentation. + Operate all warehouse equipment efficiently and safely. + Be flexible to work across various warehouse functions or shifts as needed. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent, or significant relevant experience. + 5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Worker or Checker. + Proven expert-level knowledge in warehouse operations. + 5+ years of Reach Truck experience required. + Experience with slip sheet and push-pull equipment preferred. **Work Environment:** + Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, and carry heavy objects repeatedly. + Exposure to loud environments and temperature fluctuations. + Must be comfortable working around and with forklift drivers and other equipment. **Organizational Relationships:** This position requires communication and collaboration with all levels of employees at the branch, including warehouse colleagues, drivers, office personnel, and leadership staff. **Interested applicants should apply with a resume or contact us directly for more details.** **About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of:** **Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells** _ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
