**Job Title: General Labor** **Job Description** The General Laborer will be responsible for working both indoors and outdoors in the yard. The primary tasks include stripping the finished product off the form, using a crane to load the product onto a trailer, cleaning off chamfers with grinders, and driving a semi through the yard to the staging area. **Responsibilities** + Strip finished product off the form. + Use a crane to place products onto trailers. + Utilize grinders to clean off chamfers. + Drive a semi through the yard to the staging area. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. + Proficiency in reading a tape measure and blueprint. + Willingness to learn and work effectively in a team. + Ability to drive a semi with a manual transmission, with previous experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience operating heavy equipment. + Experience with concrete work. + Experience working outdoors in all seasons. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy comprehensive medical benefits fully covered after the probation period. However, large overhead doors that are often open can make the environment cool in the winter and hot in the summer. Outdoor work is performed in all weather conditions. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valders, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
