Job Description
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers. You will be working in a union environment with rotating shifts including 11pm-7am, 7am-3pm, and 3pm-11pm from Monday through Friday. This position offers an opportunity for growth with a pay increase after a 60-day probationary period.
ResponsibilitiesComplete various general labor tasks throughout the facility.Dump excess scrap and defective coil parts.Load propane tanks for operating lines.Work on the paint line and perform quality checks on coils.Oversee temperature control to ensure smooth production lines.Assist with facility maintenance tasks such as salting the parking lot and cleaning work stations.Follow all applicable safety procedures.Essential SkillsComfortable working on feet in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail.Machine operation.Line work.Use of measurement tools.Quality inspection.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be able to lift 50lbs for the duration of the shift.Prior production or labor experience is a plus, but not required.Must be able to work effectively with other team members.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CANFIELD, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.45 - $17.45/hr.
