**Job Title: General Labor** **Job Description** Join our team to manufacture different sizes and colors of brick in our production facility. This role involves blending, repacking, cutting, waxing, and hand setting of bricks. You will operate equipment to place banding material around brick straps, manage the cross strap on cubes, and assist with machine and tool operations. You will also inspect bricks, ensuring they meet company standards based on chips, cracks, size, distortion, and color range. The team consists of 100-130 employees ranging from office staff to production workers. The dress code requires closed-toe leather work boots, jeans, and a t-shirt, with no offensive language on clothing. You may want a light jacket. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime on weekends. The rate varies based on specific duties, with opportunities for higher pay based on skills such as forklift operation. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of ADEL, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.95 - $24.44/hr.
