**General Labor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the production of concrete precast molds. This role involves staging the production floor, ensuring product quality, lifting heavy materials, and transporting finished products to designated shipping areas. **Responsibilities** + Stage the production floor to prepare concrete precast molds. + Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet standards. + Lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs. + Transport finished products to shipping docks or outdoor storage until orders are sent out. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure. + Strong physical capability to lift heavy objects. + General labor and construction skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + A positive attitude and consistent attendance. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks. + Experience in construction or landscaping is a plus. + Comfortable working in various outdoor elements. **Work Environment** Our facility manufactures precast concrete molds for industrial and construction purposes.
