Experience in roles such as general labor, shop helper, material handler, or inventory management is valuable. Experience working on machines will be considered an advantage. Strong math skills are essential, as you will be required to convert inches into feet for every product and calculate the necessary materials to complete a product. **Responsibilities** + Operate plastic and rubber machinery efficiently. + Handle inventory and ensure proper documentation. + Perform troubleshooting to resolve any issues that may arise during production. + Measure and calculate material requirements accurately. **Essential Skills** + Previous manufacturing experience. + Strong math skills for measurement conversions and material calculations. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving. + Ability to maintain accurate documentation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a machine operator. + Knowledge of operating plastic and rubber machinery. **Work Environment** The work environment is exceptionally clean, and employees have the flexibility to dress comfortably in sweat pants and tennis shoes.
