Your daily tasks might include: + Installing flooring, drywall, siding, and windows + Caulking and sealing for a polished finish + General shop clean-up and tool organization + Tackling full-day projects like siding or flooring with your crew **Qualifications:** + Experience with hand and power tools (or a strong willingness to learn!) + Knowledge of drywall, flooring, siding, insulation, and carpentry is a plus + Ability to lift 20–40 lbs regularly + A background in retail, warehouse, landscaping, or construction?
