General Labor - 1st Shift - $20/hr-$23/hr

Job Description

Join our team as a General Laborer where you will play a crucial role in setting up, filling, and finishing concrete molds. This position involves preparing molds, filling them with concrete, and cleaning them for the next use.

Responsibilities

Set up molds for concrete shapes.Fill molds with concrete.Finish and unmold concrete shapes.Prepare and clean molds using a sponge and sandpaper.

Essential Skills

Experience with general labor and hand tools.Experience in construction, production, and concrete handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Possess a hard-working attitude and strong personality.Ability to stand, crouch, and bend for extended periods, up to 12 hours.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large warehouse factory that can be loud and involves some very heavy equipment and cranes. The open-air facility has a roof but no walls on the overhangs, so it can get cold or hot depending on the weather conditions. You will be joining a team of about 60 people.

This is a Contract-to-hire position based out of San Diego, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
