NTT DATA Services is currently looking for a Helpdesk Associate – Bilingual (English-Spanish) to join our team in Mexico (100% Remote).

 

Activities:

General L1 support for hardware and MS Office packagesAdvance technical support for in-house applications and developmentsAnswer technical support calls providing and escalating to other support groupsProvide support based on email generated requests or reportsDocument troubleshooting steps and detailed description of the customer incidents and requestsApplies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.

 

Basic Qualifications:

To live in Mexico and be a Mexican citizen / Have permission to work in MX and have (RFC, NSS, CURP)Finished high school (a copy of your official certificate of completion will be requested)Availability to work 45 hours per weekInterest in working on rotational shifts, we are looking for someone with full availability (Morning / Afternoon / Night shifts)Advanced English (excellent pronunciation and fluency)Looking to work in IT Environment6 months of experience in Customer Service and/or Tech SupportHave basic troubleshooting skills
