We are hiring a hands‑on General Foreman / Junior Assistant Superintendent to independently run small commercial new construction projects (schools & multifamily). You will be wearing tools and leading from the field.
Responsibilities
Run daily site operations on commercial new build projectsStructural & foundation concrete workManage 5–10 carpenters and subcontractorsAssist with layout, scheduling, and coordinationRead blueprints; use BluebeamLead toolbox talks and enforce jobsite safetyOperate equipment as needed (forklift, skid steer, scissor & boom lifts)Open and close projects; report to the SuperintendentExpect 50–60 hour work weeksQualifications
Experience running small commercial projects independentlyStrong commercial structural/foundation concrete experienceExperience working under large commercial General ContractorsUnion or non‑union experience welcomeStrong leadership and communication skillsBluebeam & blueprint reading experience requiredPreferred (Not Required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
