**Job Description**
Show care and concern for residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance. Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements. Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness.
+ Provide excellent service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance for residents.
+ Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
+ Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements.
+ Maintain the building's beauty and community safety through general upkeep and cleanliness.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
+ Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
+ Ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Basic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps, and computer programs.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ HVAC troubleshooting and repair.
+ Facilities maintenance and carpentry skills.
**Work Environment**
Apartment complex. The work schedule is the first shift from 7:00AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
