Job Overview We are hiring a General Construction Laborer to support ongoing construction projects in the Salinas area. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable with physical work and assisting across various job-site tasks. Duties may vary depending on project needs. Responsibilities + Perform general labor duties including heavy lifting, digging, cleaning, and site preparation + Assist skilled trades and supervisors as needed + Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site + Follow safety procedures and job-site rules + Support daily construction operations as assigned Requirements + Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required) + Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor environments + Reliable transportation to job sites + Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn + Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) + Familiarity with basic construction tools + Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits Compensation & Benefits + Starting at $25/hour (DOE) + Consistent work with potential for long-term opportunities + Opportunity to gain hands-on construction experience
