Ensure that there is accurate recording of costs in the appropriate ledger codes and branches + Checking data of incoming supplier invoices,processing them by due date + Processing contingent backlog at earliest convenience + Using Standard Rate Cards to compare the received charges to the approved ones + Toallocatecosts for theappropriate deliveryin own system + Coding not delivery related costs to prepare accounting 2. Liaising with suppliers in securing credit notes for overcharges + Recognizing of differences and requesting credit note, if applicable + Validate extra costs within the company in English 3.
