Job Title: General Aviation A&P Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of recent experience performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on piston engine single-engine airframes, particularly PT-6 engines. This role is perfectly suited for mechanics who have worked in a 145 repair station or service center environment. We value individuals with a consistent job tenure who are looking for long-term opportunities. The airframes you will be working with include Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, Diamond, Mooney, and Cirrus.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on piston engine single-engine airframes.Conduct maintenance and inspections adhering to FAA regulations and manuals.Utilize personal basic hand tools for maintenance tasks.Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.Maintain consistent and accurate documentation of maintenance activities.

Essential Skills

2+ years of recent experience with piston engine maintenance.Experience working in a 145 repair station or service center.Proficiency with PT-6 engines and piston engine airframes.Strong understanding of FAA regulations and manuals.Ability to work independently and manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, Diamond, Mooney, and Cirrus airframes.Mix of jet engine and piston engine experience is acceptable.Recent piston engine experience should not exceed 3 years.

Work Environment

The working hours are from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
